Maths Teacher

Flourish Education is seeking a Maths Teacher to work in Secondary Schools in Bilston and surrounding areas. This flexible Supply Teacher role is ideal for a passionate educator looking for day-to-day or short-term work, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in line with the National Curriculum. Role and Responsibilities:

• Mark and assess students' work, providing feedback and progress reports.
• Maintain excellent behaviour management in the classroom.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum consistency.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching Maths in a UK Secondary School.
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths and understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Two excellent professional references.
