Key Stage 1 Teacher

Job Role:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 (KS1).
• Create a positive learning environment to support the educational and emotional development of young learners.
• Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and support staff to ensure high-quality education.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners in the classroom.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage pupil participation.
• Mark and assess students' work in accordance with school policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Experience working as a Key Stage 1 Teacher in a Primary School.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
• A passion for delivering high-quality education and promoting student engagement.
