Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant responsibilities will include:

• Provide classroom support to the Class Teacher across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Assist in delivering the National Curriculum in line with school policies.
• Work with small groups or individual students to enhance learning.
• Support students with special educational needs where required.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the welfare of all students.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or TA in a Primary School setting.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• A passion for supporting children's education and development.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
