As an Early Years Teacher, you'll enjoy the variety and work-life balance that day-to-day supply work offers. As this is short-term and day-to-day supply across Cotteridge there is no-planning required and allows you to focus on delivering outstanding teaching.
The responsibilities of an Early Years Teacher, include:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) National Curriculum.
- Maintain excellent behavioural management and create a positive learning environment.
- Foster development and enthusiasm in young learners.
- Provide adaptable, flexible teaching as a Supply Teacher in a Primary School setting.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
- Support the school community as a Class Teacher when required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Excellent subject knowledge of Early Years (EYFS) National Curriculum.
- Proven behavioural management skills.
- Commitment to providing engaging and meaningful lessons.
- A minimum of 2 excellent references.

- £130 - £170 a day, equating to £25,350 to £33,150 per annum (based on full-time work).
