Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new role? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic Primary School in Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity to support children in Key Stage 2 (KS2), including those with Autism, ADHD, Challenging Behaviour, Global Delay, and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Job Role:

• Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons in a Primary School setting.
• Work closely with children who have additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Global Delay.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to ensure all pupils reach their potential.
• Assist in classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Help implement the National Curriculum in a KS2 setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other TAs to create a positive learning environment.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK Primary School is essential.
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Experience working with children who have Autism, ADHD, Challenging Behaviour, Global Delay, and PDA.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
