Graduate English Teaching Assistant
Salary - £480 – £520 P/W
Location - Birstall, Leicestershire

Responsibilities of a Graduate English Teaching Assistant
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver FUN and interesting lessons with an emphasis on engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Focus on improving student attainment and the overall quality of learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and any concerns.
Skills - Graduate English Teaching Assistant
- Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and composition.
- 2:1 or higher from a top 30 University.
- Ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
