Maths Teacher

Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for flexible day-to-day supply work in Secondary Schools across Dudley? Flourish Education is seeking a Supply Maths Teacher to work in various Secondary Schools in and around Dudley, providing short-term and ad-hoc cover. This role offers flexibility – you choose when and where you work, giving you the perfect work-life balance. As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain classroom behaviour management, and ensure a smooth learning experience for students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

As a Maths Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Provide short-term and day-to-day cover in Secondary Schools.
• Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning.
• Support student progress and engagement in the absence of permanent teachers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths and experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Ability to quickly adapt to different school settings.
• Effective classroom behaviour management skills.
• Passion for inspiring student learning.

• £160 - £200 per day, which equates to £31,200 to £39,000 per annum (based on full-time work).

This Supply Maths Teacher role is based in Dudley and the surrounding areas, including Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kingswinford, Oldbury, Tipton, and West Bromwich. The schools have onsite parking and are easily accessible via public transport.
