Facilities Co-ordinator

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Facilities Co-Ordinator for our client based in Croydon.

As a Facilities Co-Ordinator your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• Varied working hours (37.5 hours per week)

The rate of pay as a Facilities Co-Ordinator is:

• £14.00 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Co-Ordinator are:

• Talk and be engaging with colleague at all levels
• Fits port of call for any maintenance issues that rise
• Deal with any maintenance emergencies- such as boiler breaking. Ensure reported and contractors contacted to organise repairs
• Water bottle stations serviced
• Daily walk around office and grounds/ slip and trip hazards/ not too detailed
• Meet contractors if planned and show them area
• Check first aid is stocked
• If planned work is taking place- assist with sorting equipment and repurpose or get rid of anything broken in skip

The ideal candidate for a Facilities Co-Ordinator would need:

• Work under own initiative
• Physically fit, will be some heavy lifting involved
• BIY Skills, responsible for small mending and breakages repairs
• Must have previous experience as a Facilities Co-Ordinator
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Calm and level headed as there can be things that break or need repairing
