This Ofsted-rated 'Good' school is seeking a compassionate and skilled TA to provide 1-1 support to a pupil with SEND, including Autism and challenging behaviour. As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Provide 1-1 support to pupils with SEND, including Autism and challenging behaviour.
• Assist the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Work closely with the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
• Support children in Key Stage 1 (KS1) to develop their learning and social skills.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment within the Primary School.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure pupil progress.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or TA in a UK school is essential.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
• Experience supporting children with SEND, including Autism and challenging behaviour.
• Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff to create a positive learning environment.
