Science Teacher

Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join the team and work in Secondary Schools in and around the Stourbridge area. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Plan and deliver engaging English Literature and English Language lessons to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.
• Follow the National Curriculum while tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management to foster a positive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.
• Embrace the opportunity to work across various secondary schools in Stourbridge and surrounding areas.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of English Literature and English Language.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) within a Secondary School.
• Excellent subject knowledge and classroom behaviour management skills.
• Passion for inspiring students and enhancing their learning experience.
