Flourish Education is recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is dedicated and experienced, to join a Primary School In Barras Heath that encourages children to be curious, feel valued and actively engages in the community.
This HLTA position will primarily work across the school covering for PPA in KS1 and KS2.
This is a full-time role which is due to start as soon as possible and carry on until the end of the academic year.
Required Skills and Experience for this HLTA role:
HLTA qualification
UK school experience as a HLTA
Ability to liaise with the Class Teachers
Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEN.
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
Good knowledge of primary school curriculum across KS1 and KS2
