We are excited to invite a dedicated and driven Warehouse Operative to be part of our high-performing team based in Maidstone. As part of Inpost/Menzies Distribution, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to both our customers and internal teams.
Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Returns
Location: Unit C, Larkfield Industrial Estate, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford, ME20 6SW
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Shift Pattern: Thursday - Saturday
Working Hours:
- Thursday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
- Friday: 07:00 AM - 06:30 PM
- Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer returns, ensuring speed and accuracy are maintained at all times.
- Breakdown, allocate, and load inbound magazine supplies for distribution.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and standards are met.
- Locate over-stocked items, ensuring smooth and timely order compilation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies to ensure operational excellence.
- Unload, load, sort, and scan deliveries, ensuring seamless flow in operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- A genuine desire to support and collaborate with your colleagues.
- Physical fitness to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- FLT certification is a plus, but not essential.
