Your Role
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
- Administering and documenting medication
- Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
- Delivering high-quality care in clients’ homes around the community
What You Need
- Must be 18+ to apply
- Access to your own vehicle and OWN reliable transport
- Ability to work set shift patterns (7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 7am - 11pm)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
