Ppa Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting for a PPA Teacher to join a Good-rated Ofsted Primary School in Frankley. This is a long-term, part-time role, flexible across 2-3 days a week, starting after Easter and continuing for the remainder of the academic year. The school is a large-form entry with a supportive and hardworking team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Class Teacher or Primary Cover Teacher looking to deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 2 (KS2), including Year 3, 4, 5, and 6.

As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Covering PPA time across Year 3, 4, 5, and 6.
• Ensuring continuity of learning in line with the National Curriculum.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively using excellent behaviour management strategies.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and the SLT to support students' progress.
• Adapting teaching styles to suit the needs of different learners.

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- essential.

Experience as a PPA Teacher, Class Teacher, or Primary Cover Teacher.

Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.

A passion for education and inspiring young learners.
