Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting with classwork and reinforcing key concepts
• Support teachers with planning and delivering fun, engaging lessons that capture children’s imaginations
• Help students with developing essential skills such as reading, writing, and numeracy
• Assist in creating a positive, stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Encourage the growth of social and emotional skills, helping students build confidence and self-esteem
• Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have equal access to the curriculum
• Help foster a love of learning, motivating students to engage in all subjects and activities

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive and succeed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with young learners
• Previous experience in tutoring, childcare, or educational support is a bonus, but not required
• Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to supporting each child’s individual needs
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, ready to engage and inspire students
