Key Stage 2 Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team and work as a Supply Teacher in a fantastic Primary School in Harborne. Whether you're an experienced Class Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role offers the chance to cover classes across Key Stage 2 (KS2) in Year 3, 4, 5, and 6 while maintaining control over your schedule.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 (KS2) in line with the National Curriculum.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different classrooms, covering classes as a Supply Teacher.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support student learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
• Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• Previous UK teaching experience in a Primary School setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Experience covering Year 3, 4, 5, and 6.
• Ability to provide effective behaviour management in a classroom setting.
