Early Years Teacher

As an Early Years Teacher, responsibilities will include:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years (EYFS) National Curriculum.
• Implement effective behavioural management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Assess and track pupil progress in Birth to Five education.
• Work collaboratively with TAs, deploying them effectively to support learning.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children in Primary Schools.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment to foster early childhood development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification.
• Previous UK experience in an Early Years Teacher role.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years (EYFS) National Curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons to Nursery and Reception classes.
• Confidence in effective behavioural management and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Experience working in Primary Schools and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
