This Early Years Teaching Assistant Job Role:
Supporting the Class Teacher with delivering engaging lessons.
Working with a pupils in Early Years (EYFS) to promote their learning and development.
Providing one-to-one or group support to pupils with varying needs.
Preparing classroom resources and assisting with lesson planning.
Helping maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborating with school staff to ensure a positive and productive school day.
Required Skills and experience for this Early Years Teaching Assistant Role:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK Primary School.
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
A solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Strong experience with Challenging behaviour
Working as a Early Years Teaching Assistant with Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
A competitive salary of £85.02 to £95 per day, which equates to £16,578.90 to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
The option of PAYE or Umbrella.
