Are you a Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a flexible role that fits around your commitments? Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team and provide exceptional teaching in Primary Schools across Kings Norton and surrounding areas. As a Supply Teacher, you’ll enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience in different schools.
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 2 (KS2) in line with the National Curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and adapt as necessary.
- Work with students in Year 3, 4, 5, and 6 to support their learning and development.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth day-to-day experience.
- Provide feedback on student progress and engagement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
- Previous experience teaching in a UK Primary School.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies.
- Ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
