Key Stage 2 Teacher

Flourish Education is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team as a Supply Teacher in a welcoming Primary School in Droitwich Spa and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced Class Teacher or a newly qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT), this opportunity allows you to work across Key Stage 2 (KS2), covering Year 3, 4, 5, and 6 while maintaining control over your schedule.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Foster a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management techniques.
• Adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles while working as a Supply Teacher.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to support pupil progress and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
• Inspire and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• Previous UK teaching experience in a Primary School setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Experience covering Year 3, 4, 5, and 6.
• Ability to provide effective behaviour management in a classroom setting.
