We are recruiting for FEE EARNER (PRIVATE CLIENT) to join our client on a permanent basis.
Located in the historic town of Bridport, you will be joining a well establish company and friendly team.
- To undertake fee earning work in the Private Client Department with competence and efficiency;
- To make a positive contribution to the work of the Department and to the reputation and standing of the Firm;
- To assist the Head of Department, as agreed, in supervising fee earning and non-fee earning staff within the Department.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of private client case, including probate, estate administration, care of the elderly, Wills, LPAs, and Trusts.
- Providing expert advice and support within the private client team.
- Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
- The experience you’ll bring to the team
What we need from you:
- CV showing:
- A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 year + PQE or FCILEx status.
- Strong experience and interest in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration.
- Preferably some experience in trust work.
- Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
