What You Will Do:

  • Support Delivery Deliver high-quality care ensuring it aligns with service user care plans and CQC fundamental standards.
  • Personal Care Assist service users with activities such as dressing washing eating and mobility based on their care plans.
  • Progress Monitoring Track service user progress identifying any changes in behaviour or needs and update the care plan as necessary.
  • Emotional Support Provide compassionate support to individuals dealing with challenging situations and notify managers of any major issues.
  • Daily Activities Help plan and facilitate engaging activities for service users enhancing their overall experience and wellbeing.
  • Medication Administration Ensure proper recording and administering of medications according to council policies.
  • Professional Communication Maintain professional interactions with service users families and colleagues ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Vehicle Safety Safely transport service users and ensure that all vehicle safety protocols are followed meticulously.
