What You Will Do:

• Engage in high-quality social work practice within an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
• Plan, progress, and review social work in complex situations in line with legal and departmental policies.
• Support and develop staff to promote co-production and collaborative work ethos.
• Handle complex cases by offering expert opinions and managing high levels of risk.
• Champion strengths-based approaches to aid individuals in achieving their best possible outcomes.
• Explain and exemplify best practices in accordance with primary legislation including the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act 1998, and Care Act 2014.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and contribute to legal proceedings as needed, including court reports.
