What you will do:

• Assess prospective foster carers, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements and standards to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Support and promote the fostering recruitment service, helping to attract and retain outstanding foster carers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Provide ongoing support to foster carers, addressing any issues or concerns and offering guidance as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in the field of social work.
