Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for digital transformation? Do you have experience selling enterprise IT solutions and want to be part of a growing, dynamic ServiceNow Partner?

We’re working on behalf of a trusted ServiceNow Partner that’s expanding its team and looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across public and private sector clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across ServiceNow’s product suite (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, and more)
  • Leading the full sales cycle – from prospecting and initial engagement through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions
  • Driving revenue growth and contributing to the company’s strategic sales objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT services, software, or the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • A self-starter with a new-business mindset – confident in identifying and securing new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with strong enterprise IT sales experience
