What you will do:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse patient demographic.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage rehab and discharge planning effectively.
• Assess and implement manual handling strategies for patient safety and quality care.
• Engage in acute medicine activities, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with HCPC standards to ensure best practices.

Requirements:

• Must be a fully registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). 
• A full, clean driving licence is required for this role, as some aspects of the role may involve travel to other areas as needed.
