What you will do:

• Register with Social Work England and ensure compliance with all necessary regulations
• Execute tasks in a front door service with minimal supervision
• Identify, triage, and support safeguarding issues, acting as a point of contact for consultations
• Work with residents to foster self-sufficiency by addressing specific challenges
• Provide focused and personalised support to residents, or manage the team providing such support
• Conduct person-centred social work interventions in line with the Care Act 2014
• Support service users and carers, ensuring the needs of those who lack capacity are fully assessed and met
• Comply with legal frameworks and local procedures to safeguard vulnerable individuals
• Deliver a high standard of social work under legislative duties and in line with professional codes of conduct
