What You Will Do:

• Manage Complex Caseloads – Oversee a diverse and challenging range of cases, ensuring all are handled professionally and in line with statutory responsibilities.

• Supervise and Support Colleagues – Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Conduct Assessments & Develop Support Plans – Perform thorough assessments, identify individual needs, and co-create personalised care plans to support independence.

• Collaborate with Multi-Agency Teams – Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.

• Ensure Legal & Ethical Compliance – Adhere to key legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, to provide a lawful and ethical service.
