What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to medical, surgical, paediatric, and neonatal specialties.
• Tailor ward assignments based on your knowledge and experience, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Engage in some dispensary work, contributing to the efficient running of the hospital’s pharmacy services.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, making a tangible difference in patient outcomes.
• Offer expert advice and support to ensure safe and effective medicine management across the wards.

Requirements:

• GPHC registered.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
• Essential skills and experience in clinical hospital pharmacy.
