What you will do:

• Deliver specialised occupational therapy services to individuals with personality disorders and eating disorders
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalised care plans aimed at enhancing patients’ daily living skills
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective treatment strategies
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them in their recovery journey
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions for comprehensive care planning

This role requires an HCPC registered professional who is also a car driver, as you may need to visit different sites in Ealing during your routine work.
