About the Role:

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the development of children’s learning, listening to them read, supporting the class teacher, and aiding attitudinal incidences and class behaviour. This is the golden goose of experiences as it will give you everything you need in order to further your teaching career if you see fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects
• Delivering mini-lessons and 1:1 aid to students to target specific learning needs
• Assisting with classroom management, student behaviour, and lesson planning.
• Providing support to students with varying abilities to engage and excel

• A motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant with a genuine interest in primary education
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage young learners
