About This Role
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing day-to-day support for SEN students, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored lessons. Responsibilities include:
- Offering one-on-one and group support for students with various learning and behavioural needs
- Supporting students with emotional and social challenges to create a positive learning environment.
- Helping students develop independence and confidence in both academic and personal tasks.

Key Requirements:
- A recent degree (Russell Group preferred) and a passion for education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in a school setting or volunteering with children with special needs is advantageous but not required.
