Children’s – SEN / Learning Disabilities Experience Required – From £13.00 - £14.50 per hour - Must drive for this position.
Due to the Nature of the role you MUST hold a full UK driving Licence.

We’re looking for compassionate people to join our team of Children’s Support Workers in the Preston and surrounding areas to help provide care including personal care and assist young people in their own homes and out in the community.
As a Support Worker with Alcedo Care, you will be working out in the community assisting children and young adults with exciting activities such as taking them swimming, soft play centres, or even just a stroll through the local park in and around the Preston area! This is a fantastic and fun role where you can get out and about and turn work into play!

This role may be perfect for you if you have previous experience as a Learning Disability Support Worker or a Youth Worker with some experience of learning disabilities. Experience as an SEN Classroom Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant would also be valuable, or you may have personal experience looking after a family member.
As well as experience in a similar role, you will need:
- A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
- You must be 18 years of age to apply for this role
- A good command of spoken and written English
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
