Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Assessments & Treatment: Perform accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Workplace Integration: Classify MSK disorders in relation to work roles and recommend any necessary role adjustments.
  • Rehabilitation Leadership: Lead on-site exercise classes for employees recovering from musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Workplace Safety: Conduct DSE assessments and ergonomic evaluations, offering advice on necessary changes to prevent injury.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider occupational health team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Health Promotion: Lead workshops or contribute to health initiatives focused on employee wellbeing.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records and provide comprehensive reports on employee progress and fitness for work.

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • MSK Expertise: Experience diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Ergonomic Assessments: Skilled in conducting workplace assessments and suggesting adjustments.
  • Strong Report Writing: Able to create detailed, professional reports.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Desirable:

  • Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
