Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our client's multidisciplinary team at their site, near Bridgwater, Somerset. This part-time role involves working 30 hours per week, specifically Mondays from 08:00 am - 16:00 pm, and Tuesdays - Thursdays from 07:00 am - 15:00 pm.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of an exceptional occupational health service, making a lasting difference to the everyday lives of employees onsite. Responsibilities

• Provide accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Classify presenting clinical musculoskeletal disorders into work-related categories
• Provide reports to management following assessment and at discharge, indicating employee fitness to work and any necessary role adjustments
• Lead onsite exercise classes to rehabilitate employees with musculoskeletal injuries
• Communicate effectively with the wider occupational health team
• Conduct DSE assessments and provide prophylactic advice
• Offer recommendations to the customer on required changes/equipment following a DSE assessment
• Identify workplace hazards and assess the risk of these hazards causing or aggravating musculoskeletal ill health
• Conduct ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors on-site
• Provide information to the wider OH team regarding necessary work practice or environment changes
• Effectively rehabilitate staff with musculoskeletal disorders, whether work-related or not
• Complete comprehensive assessment and treatment records
• Collect statistical information for report generation and contribute to/run health promotion events

Skills and Qualifications

• Completing comprehensive assessments
• Conducting ergonomic, face-to-face, workstation, and workplace assessments
• DSE Assessments
• Delivering workshops and health promotion
• Report writing
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and treatment
• Risk assessments
• Ability to work remotely
• IT skills
• Patient confidentiality
• Understanding of General Data Protection Regulation Law
• Working in a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (required)
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• HCPC registration
