Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in location, within the Adolescent Hope Unit.
Location: Cambridge
Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5
Pay Rate: £26 - £31 per hour (assignment rate):
- Days: £26 - £31 per hour
- Nights/Saturdays: £33 - £39 per hour
- Sundays/Bank Holidays: £41 - £47 per hour
Main Duties:
- To deputise for the Team Leader across the full range of management responsibilities, including the performance review of junior staff. To take on the role of care co-ordinator for clients and provide leadership to support others, to ensure that full assessment of individual care needs are undertaken, that care is planned, implemented and reviewed on a regular basis. To act as a role model and promote effective teamwork across the service to meet individual client needs. To ensure that the CPA and Mental Health Act is adhered to at all times, and to work within the boundaries set out by the Trust’ Policies and Procedures
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Valid NMC Registration
