Job Title: Production Operative
Working Hours:
Rotating Shifts
Week 1 Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm
Week 2 Monday – Thursday 1.45pm – 12am
Location: Bason Bridge, Somerset
Pay rate: £13.22 per hour
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Be part of a state of the art factory, only recently built to extremely high specifications.
Duties
- Oversee the production of milled and separated protein and starch products
- Oversee the extraction of isolated plant proteins
- Collect samples as required to fulfil the quality program
- Complete production records in a manner that allows traceability through the process
- Assist with basic plant maintenance tasks if required
- Carry out cleaning duties as required to maintain good hygiene practices on site
The successful candidate;
- Own transport due to rural location of site
- Flexible to move from days to days and afternoons in the near future (shift allowance will be added to your pay)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
