You will be working as a Primary Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant for an Outstanding graded school who have achieved many awards and accreditations for both their curricular and extra-curricular activities.  The school prioritises equality and strongly believes in promoting diversity and inclusion and as a Primary Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you will act as a true advocate for this. • 2:1 or above in Psychology, Educational Studies or related field
• Some experience working with young people would be highly beneficial
• Patience, resilience and empathy
• The ability to understand individual needs and tailor teaching methods accordingly
