Pinnacle Group are looking for a motivated Technical Services Manager to support all hard and soft service-related operations within two high end residential developments providing proactive management of onsite Hard, Soft and M&E services, and facilities and building defects. Your role will involve management of all services including new building defects delivered either in-house or by contractors, efficient and cost-effective management of contractors on site and monitor, procure, review, and improve services required under the contracts, either directly or through contractors.
You will be joining our Residential Property Management team based in Battersea. The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents’ Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm and will require you to be on site 4 days a week, the role is to manage a portfolio of 9-10 developments and will be mainly based in Walthamstow and will include travel to East London and West London

Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage project specific risks including the preparation, implementation, monitoring and review of risk management plans.
- Act as a competent person in one or more M&E specialisms assisting property management to comply with building/fire safety rules, regulation and law.
- Be proactive in identifying cost-saving and profit-making opportunities within the bounds of the contract specification.
- Implement and support the development of systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Key requirements:
- Possess a firm understanding of general and building related Health & Safety
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer services skills
