Job Title: CAMHS Nurse - Specialist Eating Disorders Service
Location: Altrincham
Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full-time, with rotational shift work including nights and weekends (44 & 33 hours on alternate weeks)
Salary: £31,900 - £34,227 per annum, with enhancements for night shifts & bank holidays
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic nurse to join our client, a specialist inpatient CAMHS eating disorder service. This role will primarily focus on delivering high-quality clinical care and contributing to the continuous improvement of standards within the service.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, essential for working effectively with the multi-disciplinary team, external agencies, patients, and their families. A solid understanding of the Mental Health Act is also required. They are looking for individuals who are passionate and committed to supporting this client group. Experience in a similar environment is essential.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience in mental health services is preferred; applications from RMNs and RNLDs are welcomed
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
- A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
- Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
