This Cover Supervisor Role is day-to-day working 4 days a week.
This Cover Supervisor role will include:
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
- Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
- Deliver pre planned lessons, in the most engaging and creative way
- Support and monitor students’ progression in lessons
Required Skills and Experience for this Cover Supervisor role:
- A degree or Level 3 qualification
- Experience working in a UK Secondary School
- Enthusiasm for Teaching
- Experience working as a Cover Supervisor
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Good classroom management skills
Working as a Cover Supervisor for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
