Cover Supervisor

This Cover Supervisor Role is day-to-day working 4 days a week.

This Cover Supervisor role will include:

• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
• Deliver pre planned lessons, in the most engaging and creative way
• Support and monitor students’ progression in lessons

Required Skills and Experience for this Cover Supervisor role:

• A degree or Level 3 qualification
• Experience working in a UK Secondary School
• Enthusiasm for Teaching
• Experience working as a Cover Supervisor
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Good classroom management skills
