Teaching Assistant

Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School located in Coventry. The school is a tight community and wants to develop motivated, engaged and happy children. Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their staffing team and work within their Early years team.

The school is looking for a long-term Teaching Assistant who will be working under the overall direction of the Class Teacher to assist and support learning within KS2.

Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a full-time basis.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:

• Level 3 Qualification
• UK school experience
• Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils.
• Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Experience within primary schools.
• Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
• Deliver interventions
