KPi Education is seeking a Graduate English Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Coventry. In this role, you’ll work with students to support their English studies, helping them improve their reading, writing, and analytical skills in subjects ranging from English Literature to Language.
Graduate English Teaching Assistant Key Details:
- Earn up to £500 per week
- Long-term, full-time Graduate English Teaching Assistant role
- Provide 1-to-1 or small group support to students

Graduate English Teaching Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2:1 or above in English or a related subject (English Literature, Linguistics, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature
- Passionate about fostering a love for reading, writing, and learning
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting student achievement
- Experience working with young people (desirable, but not essential)
About the Role:
As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you will support students at all levels, from assisting with classwork to helping them prepare for exams. You’ll also create resources, run small group sessions, and work closely with teachers to help students strengthen their skills and build confidence in their academic abilities. Whether supporting students with their reading or helping them develop their writing style, you’ll play a key role in shaping their literacy journey.
