My client, a global leader in delivering integrated facilities and asset management solutions, need an Operational Facilities Manager to oversee building and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of building assets, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
  • Health & Safety Leadership
  • Develop and execute preventive and reactive maintenance plans with safety as a priority.

What They’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in building and asset management with a focus on hard services and health & safety.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and facilities operations, combined with a deep understanding of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
  • Relevant certifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
  • Great communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients, vendors and contractors
