SEN Teaching Assistant (Sports Graduate) Role:
- Competitive salary of up to £550 per week
- Full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant (Sports Graduate) role in a Sheffield specialist school
- Sociable working hours between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Support students with a range of complex needs, both 1:1 and in small group settings
- Receive training in safe physical restraint techniques, effective interventions, de-escalation techniques, and behaviour management
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, promoting students’ emotional and social development alongside academic progress
- Work collaboratively with experienced educators, SEN specialists, and therapists to implement tailored strategies for each student
- Gain invaluable hands-on experience for careers in education, SEN, or related fields
