About the Role

As the General Manager of our nightclub, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, making key decisions that influence our business's success. Your duties will span from managing staff to ensuring profitability. You'll work full-time, primarily during evening hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the nightclub.
• Creating strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Managing budgets and financial plans, as well as controlling expenditure.
• Maintaining statutory regulations to ensure legal compliance.
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff.

Salary Range: £33.49 - £35.52 per hour

This is a permanent full-time role based within 15 miles of London. Please note this is not a remote or work-from-home role.
