A prestigious, award-winning Asian-inspired restaurant in the heart of Dubai’s DIFC is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Sushi Chef to lead its dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional food quality.
• Develop and innovate menus and recipes while maintaining the restaurant’s signature style.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement processes efficiently.
• Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Head Chef or Sushi Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, with expertise in sushi preparation and techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for culinary creativity and innovation.
