Salary: £34,900 - £37,227 per annum (depending on experience), plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on their lives? Sanctuary Personnel have an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join our client's dedicated team at a new inpatient hospital for Adults with Eating Disorders in High Wycombe.

Their facility provides a warm and nurturing environment where patients receive intensive treatment for eating disorders, including severe and enduring anorexia nervosa. They also offer specialised care for individuals with complex needs. Their team works collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for everyone in their care.

Together, they aim to understand and support each patient’s unique needs, guiding them to develop new skills, confidence, and a positive outlook on life. Their goal is to help them build a personal identity beyond their eating disorder and foster social connections within the community.

Shift Patterns:

  • Day shifts: 07:30 am - 20:00 pm
  • Night shifts: 19:30 pm - 08:00 am

Candidate Requirements:

They are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • Experience in mental health or eating disorder care is highly desirable
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
