What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients recovering from strokes, using specialised physiotherapy techniques to aid their rehabilitation.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans for each patient, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, encouraging active participation in recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.
