Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to ensure our teams are providing high standards of cleanliness on site. You will be joining our cleaning team based at a large office in the Beeston area of Nottingham.  Your role will involve leading a large team of cleaners that are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the office and ensuring that the overall standard of cleaning is maintained to the highest level through out clients main facility. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. This role is permanent, part time position where the hours will be 4.30pm to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure that the meeting rooms, offices, tea points and all allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard
  • To lead a team of cleaners and organize workload and ensure shift times are kept by all team members
  • Small levels of stock control
  • To report issues and workload via our Jobwatch app
  • To comply with the service level agreement
  • To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniform are always used during working hours

Key requirements:

  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor. 
  • Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
